SFS is a global development partner, manufacturer, and supplier of precision cold formed parts. With world headquarters in Heerbrugg Switzerland, SFS provides fastening solutions to the automotive, construction, electronic and medical industries. The organization operates in 26 countries spanning three continents and more than 100 locations.

Construction Division


Supporting the U.S. market is our corporate office in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, where the SFS team designs and develops fasteners and installation tools focused on commercial construction and roofing industries. With over 50 years of experience, SFS takes pride in providing quality solutions to the industries' toughest problems.

In addition to the corporate office, the construction division includes a manufacturing and distribution site in Exeter Township, Pennsylvania and service centers located in Durant, Iowa, Lawrenceville, Georgia, Sacramento, California and Dundas, Ontario.

In 2019, SFS acquired Triangle Fastener Corporation, based in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.  Triangle further expands SFS construction division offerings.

Automotive Division


Medina, Ohio is home to a 91,000 square foot manufacturing facility dedicated to the SFS automotive division.  Using creative engineering capabilities and state of the art equipment, the automotive team partners with customers to design and manufacture innovative products used in the automotive industry.

In 2020, SFS acquired Truelove & Maclean, Inc. located in Watertown, Connecticut.  T&M enables SFS to supply deep drawn components to automotive customers throughout North America.

Riveting Division


Located in Mocksville, North Carolina, division riveting is a leading producer of blind rivet fastening systems.  Largely sold under the GESIPA brand name, the riveting division offers a product range that includes a comprehensive line of standard and engineered blind rivets, blind rivet nuts and the specialized tools to install them.  The sales focus is on advanced installation tool capabilities including auto-feed systems and process control technology that can be integrated into fully automated systems that achieve high efficiency mechanical assembly processes. 

Medical Division


In 2016, SFS acquired Tegra Medical, a contract manufacturer of finished medical devices and complex components.  With facilities in Massachusetts, Mississippi and Costa Rica, Tegra supplies the medical industry with products including surgical instruments, needles and implants.
